Reading the Bible has become so much more important to me in these past three weeks. It is what inspires me to begin the day. It is what I read when I can't sleep at night. It's soothing words help me through everything. God has good ideas. I need to learn to obey Him more than my own selfish thoughts and desires. He tends to be smarter than me. You'd think I'd get it eventually.

I know what you mean~I love digging deeper into God's Word...and at this time of year(when we aren't so busy on the farm) I have more time to do it...sometimes I can let it consume a big part of my day. In my Bible study we are studying the book of Esther; in church our congregation is reading through the Bible in 2010 and our Pastor preaches each week on what we have read; and in Sunday school we will be studying the book of Daniel staring in Feb. THE WORD OF GOD IS AN EXCITING ADVENTURE!
