photographie du soir

These pictures were taken around 11:30p - past midnight in my backyard. Living on a farm rocks. Shutter: 30 seconds | Aperture: f 3.5 (smallest) | ISO 800. I used a tripod (I'm not completely crazy).

My first gif. (Click image to make it move) Honestly, I'm kind of disappointed. Not only did I bump my tripod (fail!), but this was five straight minutes in 31º weather. I guess I need to have more time for pictures like this.

Notes from Night Photography
  1. Wear a scarf
  2. Buy cable release
  3. Research more about star trails
  4. Bring watch
